Thank you for your curiosity in working with me.

I am a licensed psychotherapist and certified hypnotherapist, but my professional credentials are only part of the story.

Most of all, I am a soldier of the heart, lover and student of life, mother, poet, author, mystic, dreamer, healer, manifester, generator (Enneagram 3), and Cupid's consort. I feel blessed every day to be called to my work: to help my clients see the beauty of their heart and the nobility of their spirit, and to inspire them to pour both into what or who they love most.

“When our marriage was thrown into a period of doubt and brokenness, it was our great fortune to find ourselves in the steadfast counsel of Tina Lilly. With warmth and immediacy, she guided us toward our truest selves, opening us to the opportunity for renewed and more profound love. Tina speaks with percipience and an unassailable eye for the deeper truth. Her wit and wisdom are the perfect recipe for anyone seeking greater insight into what makes longterm relationships work.”

“Tina Lilly helped me and my wife, of 37 years now, figure out very difficult relationship issues. Tina was patient with me especially and enabled me to understand my role and ultimately my responsibilities in my relationship with my spouse. We are now functioning at such a loving gratifying level. I am very grateful for the help we received from Tina.”

Praise

“Despite sharing core values, we struggled with major relationship decisions until working with Tina during our most challenging period. With insight and wisdom, she helped us understand our inner dynamics and tap into our power as a couple. Tina guided us to explore the roots of our emotions and reframe negative thoughts into positive perspectives, like a skilled teacher making the most difficult subject understandable. She pushed us to go as deep as needed to truly understand why we felt the way we did, helping us reach a new level in our relationship and use new skills to take our relationship forward. Beyond that, Tina is always pushing herself to learn new skills and stay informed in her field, bringing new ideas and perspectives to her work.”

After a tumultuous struggle with addiction left our marriage in a tender place, we wanted to rebuild true intimacy and repair old wounds, but didn't know where to start. Tina offered support first through a period of rehashing and reconciliation, and then encouraged us to push through our boundaries to reconnect in intimacy. Her way of seeing the world and understanding human sexuality and intimacy were extremely helpful in breaking through learned and ingrained patriarchy. I was struck by her ability to understand what we were saying even better than we did, and craft exercises that directly pushed us through stuck moments. I feel grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone seeing a reconnect with their partner.
